LIXIL Mentorship Program is a unique platform to bridge the gap between theory and practicality. The program encapsulates key intricacies of design and equips the students of architecture for the real world.

The program also provides the opportunity for the mentors to give back to the society by helping train the young generation to help these architects design the future of the world. We ensure world architecture heritage is passed on to the next generation.
2 months

Led by Ar. Shahrukh Mistry, the workshop walked us through the designs, concepts and principals of the Firm and Ar. Sharukh Mistry himself.

From the design concepts to the work culture of the firm, we understood the importance of adopting biomimicry and the need for social architecture in today's world. We got a glimpse into a the Robinhood style of practice that is unique to the firm and learnt how we can manage a successful practice while being altruistic.

This mentorship opened my eyes to paths I did not think existed. And has encouraged me to take bolder steps towards attaining the future I desire.
